How Long Does Processing Take?

  • Please allow 1-3 business days (not including weekends & holidays) for processing. 

What is Considered a Business Day?

  • Monday through Friday are days of business. Saturday & Sunday are weekends which you are able to make a purchase, however orders will not begin to process until the following business day (Monday, or Tuesday only if Monday is a calendar holiday). 
  • Plus Size Barbie Closet does not process or ship orders on any calendar holiday.   

How Long Does It Take for Items to Ship? 

  • All orders are shipped out no later than 3 days afterorder is placed & processed. Please keep in mind, estimated shipping time depends on your local mail carrier. If you are interested in FASTER shipping than what is offered, please contact admin PRIOR to placing an order to ensure requested service is completed (up-charge for faster shipping will be applied based upon destination).

When Will I receive my tracking information?

  • AFTER ITEMS ARE PROCESSED & As soon as items are accepted by the mail carrier, you will receive an email regarding your order. Included in that email is your tracking # and the expected Mail Carrier.

Am I Able to Make a Purchase in Person or Over Social Media?

  • All purchases MUST be made online only @ www.plussizebarbiecloset.shop

How Often Does Items Restock?

  • Items sold by Plus size Barbie Closet will restock based upon demand/request unless item is an "PSBC branded" item (PSBC branded items will remain available).

Are PLUS SIZE BARBIE CLOSET items refundable?

ALL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
